3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made as agreed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.

All content (text, logos, designs, training materials) is the intellectual property of HiPrecision Virtual Assistants and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.   

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms or at our discretion.

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site and services after updates constitutes your acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in Washington County, Oregon.
